The information you provide in registering for the SOTA show is being collected on behalf of SOTA, for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you about the current and future SOTA shows. The provision of the information requested is voluntary, however, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration.

All the personal information collected will be kept strictly private and confidential and will not be not sold, rented or disclosed to other parties including, the members of SOTA, provided you opt-out during your registration. Additionally, you will be provided the opportunity to opt-out of email correspondence through the unsubscribe feature on communications sent.


TERMS OF ENTRY
Entry to each SOTA show is open to all eligible buyers at the discretion of SOTA. Visitors must complete the registration form in full, providing true and accurate information to the best of their knowledge. Visitors are not allowed to solicit for business. Persons found soliciting business or acting in a manner not conducive to the interests of SOTA and the exhibitors will have their registration cancelled and be required to leave the event.
